Charming stay near Victoria Station!!!

The location proved very convenient. The front desk staff were cute. I appreciated the gluten-free snacks provided in the room. The bathroom had a good-sized shower, which I found very practical.
There were some minor issues with the cleaning. Dishes remained in the hallway for some time. This detracted slightly from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The hotel is in a great location and close to the train station. i found the room very clean with lovely linen and a comfortable bed. the bathroom size was good. Everything seemed well maintained. the staff was very cute, especially at reception!

The hotel location was perfect , with Victoria Station nearby. This made travel so simple. I found several shops for luggage storage nearby. The staff at the entrance seemed so warm and helpful , and offered assistance with our bags at check-in and check-out.
The room felt a bit small , especially considering we were given an upgrade. We had no view from the window. It felt more like a downgrade.

Federica met my daughter and me . She gave us excellent advice and supported us in a difficult situation. Her kindness definitely. The breakfast offered a good variety and a true full English breakfast. The sausages, eggs, beans, and bacon were delicious!!!
I noticed the shower head didn't suit my personal preference, as I find rain shower heads difficult for normal use.

The location is excellent, very close to the transportation hub. A major train and metro station are within a short walk. The provided in-room Nespresso machine was convenient. Daily restocking of the minibar with complimentary coffee, tea and snacks was a plus.
The window glass was not clean, limiting the exterior view.
